The Panel

Active Members

As an Active Member, you are a core voice in shaping the Hunts Point AVPP Pilot. Here’s how your seat works:

1

Voting & Advisory Rights — Active Members hold full voting rights when a decision is called, and are encouraged to share comments, insights, and strategic advice throughout the process.

2

Priority Access — Active Members receive first-priority access to all project announcements, progress updates, outreach initiatives, and communication matters related to the pilot and its broader impact.

3

Open Dialogue — You are welcome to follow up directly with IAP leaders and fellow members on any topic discussed during sessions. We simply ask that the IAP Coordinator and project leaders are kept in CC on all project-related exchanges, so the full team stays aligned and nothing falls through the cracks.

4

Trusted Circle — All project data, technical roadmaps, and strategic discussions shared within the IAP are proprietary. As an Active Member, you are a steward of that trust.

Observers

Observer Members

We’re glad to have you at the table. To keep our sessions productive and focused, here’s how the observer seat works:

1

Front-Row Seat — Observer access is designed as a listen-and-learn experience. Your organization’s primary IAP Member remains the designated voice for input and discussion, ensuring every session stays focused and actionable.

2

Streamlined Communication — To help the project team stay laser-focused on IAP priorities, we highly advise channeling all questions and follow-ups through your organization’s IAP Member rather than reaching out directly.

3

Trusted Circle — What’s shared in the IAP stays in the IAP. All project data, technical roadmaps, and strategic discussions are proprietary, and by joining you become part of that trusted circle.
