Salima H. Steven is the founder of Event One Solutions International, she holds an agronomy and crop science diploma and is a trilingual event producer, marketer, and communicator with twenty years of experience. Over 50 global events focusing on energy, environment, water, smart cities, and climate change have been organized and produced from small to large in North Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Salima has over seven years of experience managing communication for a non-profit association of very large power grid operators (GO15).

Salima H. Garikai leads Co-Develop's strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. A communications and stakeholder management expert with experience in 39 African countries, he joins from Smart Africa where he managed communications, private sector partnerships, and public sector relations, including high-level engagement with African Heads of State, the World Bank, ITU, and GSMA. Garikai holds an MBA, a post-graduate diploma in Public Administration, and a BSc in Psychology.

Tracey Thompson, founder of The Code for Change, is a former IBM tech executive who, after witnessing a lack of diversity in the industry, launched her non-profit to introduce underrepresented youth to STEAM careers. Her background includes technical sales, IT project management, and co-owning a project management consulting firm.
